The No. 2-seed Quincy Granite (19-4) advances to the semifinals and will host the Northern Essex-Springfield Tech winner.
The loss concludes Massasoit 2021-22 campaign with a record of 7-13 overall as Quincy earned a sweep of the three-game season series.
Amari Andrew-Brown paced Massasoit with 28 points, which featured going 20 of 22 from the free throw line. Alex Morrison sank a pair of 3's on his way to 12 points.
Fobai Mbamuku chipped in with eight points and Dani Ruiz-Martinez grabbed 11 rebounds in the loss.
Quincy featured four players in double figures, led by Damani Scott and Isamil Fofana who each had 18 points.
In the first half, Quincy jumped to a 12-3 advantage through the first five minutes of action. The Warriors, as they have all season long, hung around for most of the opening stanza.
A pair of Granite free throws but the home team up 31-19, but a 6-0 spurt capped by an Amari Andrew-Brown three-point-play at the three-minute mark pulled the Warriors within striking distance, 31-26.
However, over the final 2:56 it was all Quincy as they exploded on a 13-2 run to own a 44-27 at the break.
The end of the first half momentum rolled into the second half as Quincy outscored the Warriors 12-3 in the first three minutes following intermission which led to the victory.
